This kitchen was in bad shape. The only salvage were the frames and boxes.
With the right prep and priming, we are able to get our paints to adhere with maximum durability over most surfaces.

The cabinet doors were custom made to fit and we painted over with a highly smooth and durable conversion varnish.

Cardiff Alder Kitchen
We are very pleased with the turn out of this new Alder kitchen. We started at bare wood and used a custom stain.
We used a dark brown glaze to emphasize the edges and details. This provides depth and character.
We then sealed in with a clear lacquer. Kitchen cabinet finishing requires high durability so we used four coats to finish.
A thin stain process compliments alder the best to let the woods natural beauty shine without distracting.
We finished the master restroom to match. The same process large scale requires attention to detail regarding consistency.
We finished their kitchen, office, two bathrooms, mud room, and even their elevator panels.
RSF White Wash Refinish
Here we used a custom white wash oil-based stain on all panels of this living/ fire room.
We painted these shelves to a custom color picked out by the home owners.
These panels were sanded and sealed to stain control, then stained, then sprayed with a lacquer finish to seal and protect.
San Marcos Kitchen (Lacquer)
Multicolor kitchen cabinet projects are a bit more work but the contrast is always worth it.
These homeowners really planned a kitchen remodel well. Island update, counters, backsplash, sink; and of course, a paint job.
The off white cabinets and the contrast of the dark blue/ grey island really compliment each other.
There's a reason why off-white cabinets have become so popular. They are crisp, refreshing, and make your kitchen or space look open and desriable.
This WAS such a common kitchen cabinet style. Now the only homes that have them are missing out on refreshing and updating and it shows!
